Our goal for the 2018 Pedregal Pinot Noir was to make a fruit forward, easy drinking style of Pinot. The warm temperatures of Paicines in San Benito County made achieving this goal a breeze. We love this wine for the dark cherry fruit and a touch of white pepper it shows. We fermented the wine in two small lots, gently pressed the wine and aged in 15% new oak for 11 months. Enjoy now or cellar this wine for years to come.
